Security Hold

1.    The Lessor uses Downpay via Shopify to capture and secure payment information. A $0.50 authorization fee will be charged at the time of the booking.

2.    If the clothes are returned late, not returned, or returned in a condition beyond repair, the Lessor may charge the credit or debit card on file for late fees and/or the full retail value of the clothes.

3.    If the payment method is declined, the Lessee remains liable for all amounts owed, and the Lessor may pursue collections.
